Phone Book Listing for Palm Pilot

Warning: There are about 350 entries in the phonebook, so be careful to read the OLBIN directory into a new and empty category.

Email lawsonhuey.jpl.nasa.gov for the most recent version of the address book in tab-delimited format.
Transfer it to a PC that is running the Palm software.
On your PC:
- Open the Address Book and Edit Catagories, then create a New category with the category name OLBIN.
- Now with the category OLBIN open (but empty), read in the file OLBINXX.TAB. [On my Palm Vx the entries line up about right: Name, Surname, Title, Phone, Fax, Email, and Country all land where they should me. Although the address information is all there, I have made no attempt to get Address, State, Zip, etc... in exactly the right places. Also OLBIN entries that have multiple Phone or Email addresses are not completely retained.]
Put your PDA in its cradle, attach all cables to the PC and follow your Hotsync instructions.

This second version follows on from some extensive revisions of the Address Book, so it is somewhat more up-to-date than earlier versions.
