Stereoscopic Images of Stellar Interferometers
In order to view the stereo images, you must merge them in a cross-eyed
fashion: your left eye looks at the right image and your right eye
looks at the left image. This isn't all that difficult, as is explained in
Ansen Seale's
Viewing Instructions for
stereo photographs.
As he says, "the only software you need is
the stuff between your ears..."
The site 3D by Dan Shelley
is a good resource for links to stereo pairs - look in
Stereo Pairs I
and
Stereo Pairs II.
GI2T Stereoscopic Pairs

The stereo images that are shown here were taken in November 1993.
Since that time the GI2T has undergone changes to allow the new
beam combiner and optical table (REGAIN) to be installed.
PTI Stereoscopic Pairs

The images of PTI were taken in July 1998.
SUSI Stereoscopic Pairs
